Access to Higher Education in Portugal is regulated by the Decree-Law N. º 90/2008, of 30th May.

The Implementing Order n.º 1031/2009, 10th September, from the Ministry of Science, Technology and Higher Education, sets the areas in which the mandatory admission tests have to be made for certain higher education courses.
