From May 24 to 26, Universidade NOVA de Lisboa welcomes the European Women Rectors Association (Ewora) for the 2nd General Assembly and the 1st Workshop of this international non-profit association that promotes the role of women in leadership positions in the academic sector and advocates gender equality in higher education and research. This meeting will have several moments that are taking place in different locations across the Rectorate and NOVA School of Law.
The meeting, which will gather several national and international figures directly related to leadership positions in higher education, will have as a keynote speaker Prof. Manuel Heitor, Portuguese Minister of Science, Technology and Higher Education.
The meeting starts on May 24 with a series of sessions of the Ewora boards and will be followed on May 25 by a workshop about "Change Management and Resistance".
