The Council of Europe organizes on November 28 and 29 the event “Urban policies for Inclusive migrant integration and diversity advantage”. On November 28 the event will take place on the Municipal Assembly of Lisbon, but on November 29 Universidade NOVA de Lisboa (NOVA University of Lisbon) will receive the initiative for a series of discussion sessions.
The event marks the 10 years of the Intercultural Cities program and involves several interactive activities in order to promote the valorization of diversity. It will also include collaborative design sessions where participants must work out concrete solutions for specific diversity and inclusion challenges.
The initiative engages players that have leading roles in the cities, such as Mayors and Ministers, with residents and will have the presence of several national and international speakers that operate in the areas of urbanism and integration.
