NOVA Entrepreneurship and NOVA Doctoral School are organizing a workshop cycle, in English, regarding Entrepreneurship and Value Creation. The first session is about intellectual property in the academic context and is taking place on March 21, from 2 pm until 6 pm, at NOVA Medical School | Faculdade de Ciências Médicas (Room 8).
Intellectual Property Workshop in the academic context will gather Portuguese stakeholders to discuss this topic from different perspectives: the National Institute of Intellectual Property (INPI) will present a regulatory and policy approach, the Team Genesis of Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva & Associados will provide the legal viewpoint and RIA – Research and Innovation Accelerator from FCT/NOVA will introduce the academic perspective with real cases and inventors. Debate and discussion will also be extended to participants.
Participation in this workshop is open to the community but registration is needed by filling in the registration form (in case of problems during registration, please contact NOVA Doctoral School at nova.doctoral.school@unl.pt).
In the end, participants will get a digital Certificate of Attendance, which will be sent per e-mail.
