After the award given to the paper transistor project by the magazine "Exame Informática" in 2008, the TetraSolar project, which manufactures photovoltaic cells in low cost Tetrapack type packaging, was the the winner in the innovation category in this award given by "Exame Informática" 2016.
This work is led by Professor Rodrigo Martins group from NOVA's Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia research unit CENIMAT / CEMOP.
