Rita Pontes, Alexandre Oliveira and Pedro Baião, students at the FCT/NOVA Integrated Master Course in Micro and Nanotechnology Engineering, won the American Corners award, with the project "Somatic Cells Biosensor", under the orientation of Professors Rui Igreja and Hugo águas of the Materials Science Department.
Helena Gomes, student of the FCT/NOVA PhD Program in Environment, received the award of honor for the project "Using Hyperspectral Imaging for Iron Nanoparticles Analysis in Soil Remediation", under the orientation of Professor Alexandra Ribeiro.
