António Granado is an assistant professor of Journalism at NOVA FCSH.
For 20 years, he worked as a science journalist, mainly at Público, one of Portugal’s main daily quality newspapers, where he also was science editor, sub-editor-in-chief, managing editor and online editor.
From 2010 to 2014, he worked as a multimedia editor for RTP, the Portuguese public broadcaster. He holds a MSc on Science Journalism from Boston University, in the US, and PhD on Communication Sciences from the University of Leeds, in the UK. He coordinates, together with Ana Sanchez, the Science Communication Master program at UNL.
