BEST Engineering Competition 2009
Engineering Competition is an event where teams of students use their technical and non-technical skills to compete in different categories: Team Design, Case Studies, Negotiation and Debates.
An Engineering Competition is an activity in which the participants have to overcome a challenge. Each team will consist of 4 people who'll have access to just a few basic materials and should make use of the knowledge they've acquired during their academic training to fulfill the task at hand. The evaluation of the projects happens after all of them have been tested and will focus not only on functionality and goals achieved but also on creativity, the quantity of the materials used and other pre-determined criteria. At the end of the judging process, a winner will have been selected and prizes will be handed out accordingly.
