Founded in 2009, CORPUS now includes around two hundred researchers who work in more than forty countries. Created after a series of seminars organised between 2001 and 2008 in the School of Advanced Studies in the Social Sciences - EHESS(Paris) and the Autonomous University of Madrid, CORPUS intends to participate in the construction of a broad and open anthropology of body, offering spaces to cross-thinking and discussions about this fascinating object of research.
