Paul Preston, a British historian, specialized in the Spanish Civil War and Franco's biographer, gives a conference on the 20th March, at 18h00, about "The Crimes of General Franco". The panel will also have the presence of Fernando Rosaswho will speak about dictatorship´s memory and history.
