Objectives

To discuss issues related to corporate finance, such as capital structure and dividend policy, as well as to conduct financial analysis for real business.

Subject matter

This course shows students how financial decisions such as capital structure and dividend policy affect business valuation. The concept of options is introduced to understand and value corporate financial decisions. Students will be confronted with real business cases drawn from various industries which feature an array of financial decisions.
