Objectives

To develop students’ ability to make financial decisions and recommendations through the application of finance theory and concepts to a wide range of business cases representative of real world problems.

Subject matter

Short-term financial management, valuation of companies and projects, capital structure decisions and management of corporate financing, valuation of contingent claims and risk management, real option valuation, mergers and acquisitions, value based management and corporate governance.
