To improve students’ ability to think logically and to structure complex managerial problems. To improve ability to develop spreadsheet models that can be used to significantly improve managerial decision-making.

Subject matter

Problem Solving (“A problem well posed is a problem half solved.”), optimization: blending models, production process models, dynamic financial models, and network models.
