Admission and Enrolment
Applications: June-September 2011
(Please check the calendar of each Master and postgraduate course)
Necessary documentation:
1 – Application form available at www.ihmt.unl.pt
2 – 1 Photograph (if possible, please insert photograph in the application form)
3 – Photocopy of the Identification Card
4 – Photocopy of the taxpayer number (tax card number)
5 – Study Certificate
6 – Letter of motivation
7 – Curriculum Vitae (summarized - maximum of 5 pages)
8 – Letter of recommendation (optional)
The applications and admissions/enrolments are only valid after the payment is done.
Application methods
1 - By e-mail: secensino@ihmt.unl.pt
2 – By letter addressed to IHMT Academic Services, along with the payment check (endorsed to IHMT)
3 – At IHMT Academic Services
Schedule: (8.30am) 10.00am – 17.00pm (19.00pm)
Important: The schedule between 8.30am-10.00am and 17.00pm-19.00pm is for back-office. If the student wishes to go to the services during these periods, he should contact the Academic Services in order to schedule an appointment . (+351 21 365 26 08)
Payment methods
The payment methods accepted by IHMT treasury are check or money, after the invoice is issued by the Academic Services.
