InternshipsFollowing the application of the Bologna Process at Nova, 2nd cycle courses include, in many cases, the possibility of internships as a part of the study programmes. These will be subject to evaluation and are necessary for the completion of the master’s course. For more information on this subject, please read the study programmes for the different courses in this guide. Under the scope of the Lifelong Learning Programme, it is also possible to carry out professional internships within the Erasmus programme. In the snack bars and cafeterias the prices are not regulated. The complete meal includes the main course, soup, bread, one drink and desert (please read the canteen menu). FCT, FCSH and the canteen of the Alfredo de Sousa Residence have macrobiotic meals. Closing periods Summer holidays: The catering units close on the last day of July and reopen on the 2nd business day of September. If you need to cancel an appointment, a two business days’ prior notice is required. Sporting facilitiesSASNOVA have sporting facilities at Caparica Campus, namely for Handball, Futsal, Tennis, Beach Volleyball and also a training circuit. This centre is open 24 hours a day and has study rooms, graphic design services, computers and a bar.
