Acquisition of knowledge, ability and expertise (1) Policy and law concepts; (2) National, EU and international legislation; (3) Basis for an energy policy.

Prerequisites

Background on environmental concepts.

Subject matter

1. International and EU energy policy. National policy on renewables energies. The energy question on the CPLP countries.

2. Green Book of renewables energies. Directives of European Community. Council Decisions.

3. Integration and compatibilization of EU, national and regional energy policies.
