Objectives
This course will start by outlining the process leading to Community law. The fundamental principles and rights arising from the European Constitution as constructed and interpreted by the European Court of Justice will be reviewed, as well as the division of competences between the European Union and Member States . The EC institutional system and its relation with different integration theories will also be discussed. The second part of the program will focus on the study of the community economic law.
