Objectives

To analyze the role of HRM in global firms. To recognize the critical HR issues underlying the cultural and economic challenges faced by managers in MNEs, in a borderless world.

Subject matter

Cultural foundations of international HRM, challenges in the global labor markets, global staffing, global employee performance management, training and development, managing expatriate assignments and compensation issues for the global workforce.
