Objectives

The main objective of the Business Intelligence II course is to give students the knowledge related to the capabilities of decision support processes enhanced by the use of Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse support in the field of Business Analytics and Performance Management.At the end of the course students should be able to:& ; Understand the role of analytical applications and techniques of information visualization& ; Master models for monitoring the performance of organizations& ; Understand the analysis techniques used in analytical applications& ; Develop ergonomic visualization tools
