Teaching method

The teaching methodologies include expository lectures and practical classes with discussion of texts and debate of issues previously announced. These classes also include guidance for theoretical and practical work that can be done individually, or in groups of no more than three students. For that should be considered a case study as part of one of the three suggested research projects or other interest and preference from the students.

Evaluation method

A final report with a maximum of 20 pages + attachments is produced (50%) and an oral presentation of 20 minutes, followed by discussion (20%). Each student prepares an individual essayr (5pp) on the theoretical concepts it considers most relevant in UC (30%).

Practical work includes:
- A. Landscape Evaluation;
- B. Study of landscape perception;
- C. Definition of landscape quality objectives in the context of land management.
