EDULINK is the first ACP-EU Cooperation Programme in Higher Education.
It aims to foster capacity building and regional integration in the field of higher education through institutional networking, and to support a quality higher education system that is relevant to the needs of the labour market and consistent with ACP socio-economic development priorities.
EDULINK is open to higher education institutions from all countries of the African, Caribbean and Pacific Group of States (ACP) and the 15 EU Member States that are signatories to the 9th European Development Fund (EDF).
EDULINK is financed by the European Commission under the 9th EDF and is managed by the ACP Secretariat.
