The new cooperation programme between the Portuguese Government and the Harvard University was launched on 21 May 2009, at Pavilhão do Conhecimento in Lisbon. The Universidade Nova de Lisboa's Faculdade de Ciências Médicas and Instituto de Tecnologia Química e Biológica (through its Oeiras Associated Laboratory) are partners in this Programme.
