According to the new Statutes of Universidade Nova de Lisboa, the Student Ombudsperson is one of the new Bodies of the University, recently created.
Professor Carlos Ferreira de Almeida is the present Student Ombudsperson of NOVA, and, from now on, complaints or requests for clarifications can be sent to the following contacts:
