NOVA Masters in Finance in the top 30 in the world

The NOVA Masters in Finance was included in the Financial Times Ranking for Masters in Finance thus ranking one of the top 30 in the world. This is the first year this ranking is produced by the Financial Times.

With the Masters in Finance, Nova School of Business and Economics now has three of its Masters programs in the prestigious Financial Times rankings (after the Masters in Management and the MIM - Masters in International Management) which include as well the Executive Education programs.

The Career Placement Services (CMO) of the NOVA Masters were ranked 8th globally, a sign of the school’s success in placing students on career paths both nationally an internationally.

Nova School of Business and Economics is the sole Portuguese school with masters programs in the Financial Times rankings – one of world’s most renowned quality barometers for pre-experience programs.

Some data on the Masters in Finance:

  • 34% of the 2010 graduating class are currently placed in an international career
  • Of the 2010 Graduating Class, 32% are working in Investment Banking, 15 in Commercial Banking and 40% in Consulting
