NASA Astronaut at NOVA

US astronaut Scott Parazynski will be at Universidade NOVA for an open lecture in the Faculty of Science and Technology.

The conference open to the public and the media will take place next March 14th, at 2pm, in the Grand Auditorium, set in NOVA´s Caparica Campus.

A former physician and NASA astronaut, Parazynski´s visit takes place within FCT American Corner, with the support of the US Embassy in Lisbon. Scott Parazynski completed several missions and space walks, with a total of 1.019 hours in space. His last mission took place in October 2007, aboard Discovery.
