NOVA and University of São Paulo sign Cooperation Protocol

The signature of the Cooperation Protocol between NOVA and the University of São Paulo took place in NOVA´s Rectory, in Lisbon, on January 31st 2011.

The protocol aims for academic cooperation between both Universities, in order to promote the exchange of Faculty and Researchers, post-graduation students, graduation students and technical-administrative members.

The protocol was signed by NOVA´s Rector, Professor António Rendas, in the presence of NOVA´s Vice-Rector for Cooperation with Brazil, Portuguese Speaking World and Latin America, Professor José Esteves Pereira, and the Rector of University of São Paulo, Professor João Grandino Rodas, represented by the Cooperation Advisor, Professor António Carlos Vieira Coelho. The Professors in charge of Cooperation from both Universities visited NOVA Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia, namely the Departamento de Ciência dos Materiais and NOVA/FCT Library.
