NOVA at World Series Championship Triathlon 

NOVA student, João Silva, from Faculdade de Ciências Médicas (FCM), ranked 5th in the 4th edition of the World Series Championship Triathlon, which took place in Hamburg, Germany, on July 16th..
The Sporting triathlete, Portuguese hope for London 2012 Olympic Games, finished the track in 1:44.19 h. The event was won by Australian triathlete Kahlefeldt Brad, with the mark of 1:44.08 h.
João Silva now ranks 10th in World Series, with 1.555 points, with Spanish triathlete Javier Gomez, with 2.027 points ranking at the top.. Bruno Pais ranks 44th (269) and Duarte Marques 70th (66).
