The Rectorate of Universidade NOVA de Lisboa has the following spaces that can be used for events and ceremonies from both the University and external entities in a rental regime:

• Auditorium:
  Auditorium A
  Auditorium B
• Senate Room
• Atrium

The auditorium has a total capacity of 559 seats and can be divided into two smaller auditoria: Auditorium A (with 371 seats) and Auditorium B (with 188 seats).
The Senate Room has a total capacity of 97 seats.
The Atrium has a total area of 490 m2.

Rental Facilities

• The Auditorium, the Senate Room and the Atrium rental require an authorization from the Rector.
• Room rental is defined by the Auditorium and Senate Room usage Regulation.
• Rental requests must be written with at least 20 days in advance and should be addressed to the Communications Office.
