The Student Council is the consultative body of NOVA in matters that relate directly to the life of the students. The Student Council is made up of the Rector, who shall act as chairperson, by the President of the Academic Federation of NOVA, by the presidents of the student unions of the academic units of NOVA and by the administrator of the Social Welfare Services of NOVA.
