The grand final of the first edition of NOVA ImpACT! Challenges will take place on July 31, at 2:30 pm, in a virtual session on the Zoom platform. The 10 finalists will deliver the final pitch with a jury of experts, during which they will demonstrate the development of their projects in which they worked, along with mentors from NOVA Mentor Network, over three weeks.

About NOVA ImpACT! Challenges
NOVA University Lisbon, through the Value Creation Office, decided to support the development of 10 impactful solutions to face the challenges imposed by the “new normal” during and after the Covid-19 pandemic, having challenged the entire academic community to present ideas and solutions.
Over the course of 3 weeks (July 13th to 31st), selected candidates had access to workshops, specialized mentoring and University resources to develop a proof of concept / prototype, being able to win a monetary prize of € 2,000 to support the implementation of the idea.
