On 13th May, the European Doctoral Day is celebrated, a European initiative that highlights the value of doctoral training and the impact of PhD graduates on innovation, scientific development, and social progress.
The initiative brings together European networks and institutions active in doctoral education, with the aim of inspiring future researchers, raising employers’ awareness of the value of doctoral qualifications, and showcasing the diversity of career paths that a PhD can lead to.
