The way we eat is changing, influenced by health, environmental, cultural and lifestyle issues. These changes create new opportunities, but also challenges, to promote healthy and sustainable diets.
In this context, the NOVA Saúde Nutrition Working Group, with a multidisciplinary approach that brings together researchers from the health, social, biological and biotechnological sciences, is promoting an inaugural event, “Food in Transformation: Conversations on Consumption, Diet and Sustainability”.
This conference will take place on 12 May at 14:00 in the Auditorium of the NOVA University of Lisbon.
