On 12 April, NOVA University Lisbon will once again be associated with the Sempre Mulher Race, an initiative promoted in collaboration with APAMCM – Portuguese Association for the Support of Women with Breast Cancer, reinforcing its institutional commitment to health, solidarity and community involvement.
As in previous years, NOVA encourages students, lecturers, researchers, alumni and staff to participate in an event that celebrates unity and raises awareness of the importance of prevention and support for women with breast cancer.
Free registration for the first 30 people from the NOVA community
The first 30 confirmed participants are guaranteed a free place, offered entirely by the University. Each participant registered in this exclusive group will also receive a NOVA T-shirt specially created to mark the institution’s presence in the 2026 edition.
After the initial limit, the following prices apply:
Until 10 March — free participation
Until 17 March — €5
Until 29 March — €10
The Sempre Mulher Race does not require any specific physical preparation: each participant decides whether they prefer to walk or run, making the event accessible to all ages and fitness levels. The essential thing is to be present and contribute to a cause that continues to mobilise thousands of people across the country.
