Nova University Lisbon's contribution to tackle the SDG 1 goes beyond research. The Social Welfare Services guarantee that no student is excluded from the university due to financial difficulties, offering support, benefits, and services to improve their possibilities for educational success. NOVA’s Academic Units also have their own support funds for students. NOVA also engages with several impactful projects, supporting the social sector with knowledge and volunteering.
