On the 1st of February, NOVA welcomed at the Rectorate the group of students who will attend the 3rd edition of the Pre-University Semester.
The Pre-University Semester was designed for students who have finished high school and plan to apply to Higher Education in Portugal.
The 37 students who are starting this multidisciplinary programme will have the chance to adapt to the European education system, improve their knowledge of English and/or Portuguese and prepare their entry into a graduate course at NOVA.
Diversity and multiculturalism are key features of this programme. In this Spring Semester, from February to August, students come from countries as diverse as Angola, Bangladesh, Brazil, China, East-Timor, Honduras, India, Iran, Jordan, Lebanon and South Africa.
Applications for the next semester, which starts in September 2019, are currently open.
