Universidade NOVA de Lisboa receives on May 2 the presentation of the project NOVA U-Bike Portugal - “A Academia A Pedalar”. The program includes a conference about the challenges and the opportunities of using the bicycle as a mean of transportation, an exhibition zone, demonstrations and bicycle test drives. Activities are open to the general public and take place during all day, starting at 9.30 am at the Rectorate.
The activities also include a bicycle ride to present the good practices of circulation in cycle facilities and the paths that will connect different colleges. Thetour that includes Universidade NOVA de Lisboa (Campus de Campolide) - IST - ISCTE - FCSH - Universidade NOVA de Lisboa (Campus de Campolide).
During the day it is also possible to visit at Campus de Campolide a demonstration exhibition area, to do a bycicle test drive or to try equipment from several partners.
