The European Commission, through its Erasmus+ initiative, will finance a project coordinated by NOVA together with Universidad Autonoma Madrid and Tor Vergata University in Rome to award their best blended-learning courses taught in English. This initial financing will cover the first two years of operations.
In each of the Universities, this Blended Learning Award (BLA) will award the best courses in three comprehensive areas of knowledge: (1) Health and Well-Being; (2) Social Sciences and Humanities and (3) STEM.
The competition will happen every year separately at each University, and specialists of the other partner Universities will compose the jury in each area.
The three Universities in the consortium are committed to jointly offering the awarded courses in the next years, allowing for a true virtual mobility with a shared catalogue of disciplines among the three European capitals.
