Applications are open for the first edition of the NOVA Escrita Contest (writing competition), promoted by NOVA Social Welfare Services (SASNOVA). With the theme “Tomorrow”, the contest is open to all students, from the 1st to the 3rd cycle, from NOVA University Lisbon, including foreign students in mobility programs.
Participants must submit a text in Portuguese, that fits the theme, in a literary style of their choice, up to 7500 characters (including spaces), through an online form on the SASNOVA website.
Prizes, ranging from 100 to 400 euros, will be awarded to the first three best works. The deadline for submission of texts is July 15, 2020.
