Project on diabetic foot is the winner of the Alfredo da Silva Research Award for Sustainability in Health

Professor João Filipe Raposo, with the project: "Empowerment in Diabetic Foot Ulcer", is the winner of the 2nd edition of the Alfredo da Silva Research Award for Sustainability in Health promoted by the Amélia de Mello Foundation with the scientific curatorship of NOVA University Lisbon, through the interdisciplinary platform NOVAhealth.

João Filipe Raposo is Guest Professor at NOVA Medical School and Clinical Director of the Associação Portuguesa dos Diabéticos de Portugal (APDP).

This project, which was considered the best project in the Sustainability in Health category, will be awarded a grant worth 25 000€.
