Also, it counts on the presence of a series of personalities from politics, companies and institutions involved in the future of education - such as Elvira Fortunato, Minister of Science, Technology and Higher Education or António Guterres, Secretary-General of the United Nations.

Speaking to the press, the Rector of NOVA, João Ságua, shared his expectation that this meeting, which ends this Wednesday, the 10th, may help to find solutions and projects for today's significant challenges, such as digital transformation, climate emergency or social inequality.

"These are the challenges of the future, and I am convinced that it will be from universities that the solutions that humanity needs will emerge," he stressed, regarding the debate on solutions for a more inclusive, fair and sustainable society.
