David Justino, Professor of the Department of Sociology at FCSH/NOVA, is the next president of the National Council of Education.
The National Council of Education is an independent advisory board, responsible for issuing opinions and recommendations on all educational matters. The opinions of the National Council of Education arise in response to requests of the Assembly of the Republic but may also be issued on their own initiative.
