NOVA University Lisbon contributes to tackle the SDG11 with initiatives including, but not limited to:

NOVA Cidade – Urban Analytics Lab

    • Contributing   to local arts through university choirs, theatre groups and by delivering projects to record and/or preserve intangible cultural heritage. In addition to its role as an institution of excellence in higher education, NOVA also intends to act as a cultural axis in the city of Lisbon - Culture at NOVA

    Publications and Projects

    NOVA contributes significantly to the research into the area of SDG11. Publications and projects in this area will soon be in our NOVA Research Portal.

    As an example, get to know the GEO-C: Joint Doctorate in Geoinformatics: Enabling Open Cities at NOVA IMS and the NEMOSINE project - Innovative packaging solutions for storage and conservation of 20th century cultural heritage of artefacts based on cellulose derivative at FCT NOVA.
