Catarina Silva Pinto – is a member of NOVA’s Teaching Quality Office, giving technical support to the Teaching Quality Assurance System and being a member of NOVA’s Teaching Quality Council in attendance. She is also a member of NOVA’s Doctoral School support team.
She holds a degree in Industrial Production Engineering from Faculty of Science and Technology, Universidade NOVA de Lisboa.
She started her career as a management consultant working in various projects in Portugal and United Kingdom, having later specialized in quality management systems and implementation of the Portuguese standards NP.EN ISO 9001. She worked for several years as quality manager in a services company, being responsible for the implementation and management of the quality system and renewal of the quality certification according with NP EN ISO 9001.
