Ricardo do Nascimento Ferreira (rnferreira@mlgts.pt) obtained a Law Degree at the Law Faculty of Nova University of Lisbon in 2005, where he attends the PhD Program and prepares his doctoral thesis on Industrial Property Law. He made Postgraduate Studies on Industrial Property Law at the Law Faculty of the University of Lisbon in 2007.
He joined the law firm Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva & Associados in 2005 and is a lawyer admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association in 2008. He is a member of the Litigation/Arbitration and Intellectual Property teams of the firm, working in matters of civil and commercial litigation/arbitration and focusing his practice on contentious and non-contentious matters of intellectual property and pharmaceutical law.
He collaborates on academic and teaching activities at the Law Faculty of Nova University of Lisbon and is author of legal writings published in Portuguese and foreign legal reviews.
