“NOVA FCT – DRH: Embracing People”, one of the winners of the ADN – Acting Differently at NOVA Awards, is a project that highlights the importance of integrating and training human capital from the perspective of the sustainability of the organisation, allowing the development of individual orientation for the development of skills and autonomy and, at the organisational level, maximising cohesion and development. In this sense, NOVA FCT has strengthened the valorisation of its human resources, creating greater involvement between the parties, and providing workers with values and skills that allow them to obtain a personal dimension in their work, creating adapted conditions and involvement in the projects carried out. The project also focuses on developing skills, autonomy, lifelong learning, and promoting work-life balance and mental health.
