In this 2nd webinar of 2024 of the ADN project – Acting Differently at NOVA, we will be able to learn a little more about the experience of KPMG, a company that provides audit, tax, and consulting services, and the solutions found in a scenario of exponential growth in transformation needs digital and automation of all its business areas.
Faced with undue pressure in the IT department and the budget for internal software development projects, KPMG Portugal launched two projects to help solve the problem: on the one hand, to create software development skills in all people in the organisation, thus accelerating the digital transformation; on the other hand, to invest in automation in self-service mode.
The first steps, the Citizen Developer Programme and the No-Code Workflow, have been received with great enthusiasm and promise very impactful results.
