From 7 to 14 November, the NOVA community is invited to take part in the YERUN Hackathon – Hack the Future of Tutoring, an online initiative held as part of DigiEduHack 2025 and the European Commission’s Digital Education Action Plan.
This hackathon brings together master’s students (and selected bachelor’s students) from YERUN universities to collaborate on innovative solutions for the future of academic tutoring using Artificial Intelligence. Guided by the Design Thinking process, participants will have the opportunity to learn, experiment, and present their ideas to an international jury.
The organisers are looking for interested students to participate, as well as mentors with experience in AI, education, innovation, or entrepreneurship to guide the teams, and judges available to evaluate the final projects and share their expertise. Participation is exclusive to members of the NOVA community.
