Digital transformation in healthcare continues to be one of the fundamental pillars for ensuring a more accessible, efficient and citizen-centred National Health Service – this is the theme for the next NOVA Health webinar, during which strategies and solutions for improving communication with users and optimising access to healthcare services will be discussed.
This time, the guest speaker is Carolina Pereira Gonçalves, a paediatrician and consultant at SNS24, who is also a member of the World Health Organisation’s Technical Advisory Group for Action on Health for People with Disabilities in the European Region.
Her presentation will focus on the concrete contributions that have been developed to improve the citizen’s experience of digital access to health, with a special focus on the evolution of SNS24.
This series of webinars on health systems and policies is aimed at the NOVA community (teachers, researchers, students and staff) and aims to raise awareness and provide time to reflect and discuss current issues on Health Systems and Policies.
