The EUTOPIA alliance, with the support of the Erasmus+ programme 2021–2027, invites students, lecturers, technicians and administrative staff from partner universities to submit proposals for the EUTOPIA Digitalisation Incubator Platform.
This initiative aims to accelerate digital transformation through the development of innovative digital tools and services with a real impact on education, research, administration, and academic mobility. Projects should be collaborative, scalable, and aligned with the alliance’s objectives, promoting interoperability, inclusion, and community involvement.
Applications will then be evaluated by an international panel based on criteria such as relevance, innovation, feasibility and implementation potential – and selected proposals will receive technical and financial support for development and testing between January and June 2026 and may be considered for wider implementation in a future extension of the project.
Applications are open until 1st December 2025, with the selected projects to be announced on 19th December.
In addition, for further clarification, an online session will be held on 7th November at 10 a.m. (Lisbon time) via Zoom.
