Like it did a year ago, NOVA University Lisbon is once again joining forces with the Portuguese League Against Cancer to mark Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
At nightfall, the top floor of the Rectorate building lights up in shades of pink, casting a glow over the Campolide campus — a symbolic gesture that reinforces NOVA’s commitment to raising awareness about breast cancer prevention and early diagnosis.
In addition, NOVA partnered with the Portuguese Association for the Support of Women with Breast Cancer by taking part in the run/walk, held on the 19th at Parque das Nações. More than just a sporting event, it was an act of solidarity and support for all those affected by this disease. A team that, quite literally, wore the shirt!
